Guy Marlin

Co-Owner

Guy Marlin is the Co-Owner of A&A LawnCare & Landscaping and A&A PowerWashing LLC, helping lead the vision, growth, and day-to-day operations of both companies. Since starting A&A with his best friend, he has been focused on building more than just a business—he’s building a brand known for quality, reliability, and unmatched customer service.


Guy takes pride in delivering results that truly stand out, from routine lawncare to full property transformations. His passion comes from seeing the before-and-after impact of the work and knowing the team consistently goes above and beyond for every customer.


What sets A&A apart for Guy is the culture. Built on friendship, family, and hard work, the company operates as a tight-knit team that holds itself to high standards and gives 100% on every job. His goal is to continue growing A&A into a household name while expanding services and opportunities for the team.


Outside of work, Guy enjoys spending time with friends and family, working on new business ideas, and pushing himself and the company to the next level.

Ryan Dryden

LawnCare Operations Manager

Ryan Dryden serves as the Operations Manager for A&A LawnCare & Landscaping, overseeing daily operations for both lawncare and landscaping services. He plays a key role in customer communication, scheduling, and managing crews to ensure every job runs smoothly and efficiently.


Ryan enjoys building relationships with customers and takes pride in seeing properties transform through the team’s work—especially when working with first-time clients. He is committed to going above and beyond to make sure every customer is fully satisfied, holding both himself and the team to the highest standards.


What sets A&A apart for Ryan is the strong connection between the team. From working alongside family and friends to welcoming new crew members, he values the sense of unity and pride that comes with being part of the company.


Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his fiancée, two sons, and extended family, as well as being outdoors. He describes A&A as efficient and professional—values he brings to his role every day.

Dillon Johnson

Foreman, Landscaping & Hardscaping

Dillon Johnson serves as the Foreman of Landscaping and Hardscaping at A&A LawnCare & Landscaping, leading projects and ensuring every job is completed with precision and care. Coming from a family that owns and operates A&A, Dillon takes great pride in the company and the work the team delivers.


He enjoys the wide variety of services A&A provides, especially the ability to completely transform a property. Dillon’s favorite projects involve retaining walls and landscape bed installations, where he can work with heavy machinery and bring larger visions to life.


Dillon is committed to going above and beyond for every customer, making sure their needs are fully met and expectations are exceeded. He believes what truly sets A&A apart is the strong team culture—working alongside family and close friends makes every day rewarding and drives the team to give 110% on every job.


Outside of work, Dillon enjoys spending time with family, relaxing, and hanging out with his dog, Milo. A fun fact about Dillon is that he played on a semi-pro paintball team.

Keith Drydens

Keith Dryden is a dedicated member of the A&A LawnCare & Landscaping team, working on both lawncare and landscaping projects. He enjoys being outdoors and takes pride in the work he does, especially lawncare. With strong attention to detail, Keith treats every yard like it is his own and works hard to make sure each job is completed to the highest standard.


What Keith enjoys most about being part of A&A is the opportunity to work alongside close friends and family. Known for being reliable and hardworking, he brings a strong work ethic and team-first mindset to every project.


Outside of work, Keith enjoys spending time with family and friends and being outdoors. A unique part of his story is that he has had part of his foot amputated, which speaks to his toughness, resilience, and determination.
